Tesco Tote Strapping

Our JN-85YU automatic side seal strapping machine is used extensively by Tesco, Teesport to reduce pilphering of plastic totes in the high value area of this massive distribution hub. The JN-85YU applies 2 straps to each parcel, if the straps are not located on the totes the staff are alerted to the potential of theft or pilphering. This strapping application is literally applied every 15 seconds and we now have four units in full production, 24 hours per day.
Each machine is serviced every 6 months and the reliability is fantastic as we have yet to attend to a service breakdown.
