The TP-713H is a fully automatic pallet strapping machine designed for packaging applications that require horizontal strapping. It secures pallet loads and stacked boxes with a horizontal strap, either polypropylene or polyester. The TP-713H can accommodate a wide variety of products and it can be easily integrated with new or an existing production line. With the user friendly and state of the art design, the TP-713H helps maximise uptime for greater production efficiency and lower packaging costs.
This automatic horizontal strapping machine has a high quality engineered strapping head which makes it extremely reliable and has a robust mechanism design that comes with a variety of features that make it simple to operate and easy to maintain.
The PLC control and HMI (touch panel) provide easy adjustments, operating instructions and troubleshooting guides.
It has 10 strapping patterns with up to 10 different strapping positions. There is no need to adjust the setting when changing to a different package size, thus reducing downtime and save on costs.
The index strapping head is moveable towards the package during the strapping cycle, with a stroke of max. 300, for maximum strap containment efficiency.
