The JN-85YU recently installed into a major client has resulted in the reduction of labour costs and a four fold rise in production due to the speed of the JN-85YU pallet strapping machine which applies 2 straps at the same time within 6 seconds. There are also other savings including the tag (length of strap) which is left after use of a friction weld tool, wastage on each friction weld seal is running at 6-8 inches per strap.
The JN-85YU does not have any wastage, the seal is 25mm in length and is 90% efficient. The friction weld tool is now redundant and the product is now more aesthetically pleasing.If you would like more information on this machine please contact Paul McCarthy on pmccarthypmd@aol.com
