  There are some general tips for good maintenance and reliability:

  1. Blow out the strapping head with an air line, once a week
  2. Once a month, clean the heater blade, removing chalk content that has accumulated
  3. A squib of oil on the sealing elements, clamping elements and cutting elements, once a month

  Adhere to this maintenance schedule and elongate the life span of your strapping machine enormously.
