JN-85YU Auto Strapping Machine Reduces Pilphering in Tesco

• Tesco recently purchased a further two side sealing large arch strapping machines for their high value area of Tesco DC, Teesport.
  Exceptional reliability and high tension facility were key factors when purchasing these machines.

  Model JN-85YU, 12mm units were utilised in a security based project that has virtually eliminated theft of high value products such as watches, rings, bracelets, cameras, laptops, phones, ipads etc. The products are encapsulated in stacks of plastic tote bins. Seal efficiency at 90% and low seal position for single box straps were a key requirement in the decision to purchase.

  The JN-85YU system pack has a modular construction giving the facility to reduce or increase the arch. It is a single phase unit based on a 240 Volt supply, standard 13 amp socket.
