We can only applaude the reliability of the Ciclone Power pre-stretch palletwrapping machines, 33 of these machines supplied into Tesco Distribution Centres alone. These machines run 24 hours per day, 364 days per year. The reliability is due to a regular 6 monthly service, twice a year and it has been the case for the last 3 years that we have carried out this work. This level of reliability is not only the case for the Ciclone power pre-stretch palletwrapping machine but also the Ciclone Electra semi-automatic palletwrapping machine.
Our machines are made in Italy which is the prominent manufacture in the World, reliability for our customers is a must. That is why Tesco bought 40 machines on the recommendation of the single machine trial in Coventry 3 years ago. Tesco were impressed with the automatic film cut-off device, the digital mode tension and the vast array of programmes available, that is why we are first choice for one of the largest companies in the World and very proud of it.
