Ciclone Power Pre-Stretch Pallet Wrapping Machine-New Specification

Our Ciclone power pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine has a wealth of options for light products such as polystyrene blocks. We recently sold a Ciclone power pre-stretch palletwrapper to a company who manufacture blocks of polystyrene, we specified the Ciclone pps as the perfect model to achieve a tight pack without distortion of the product and being able to cope with extremely light pallets. This is due to the digital tension modes where we can apply 0-100 in bottom wraps, middle wraps and top wraps. Once these three modes are completed, we are able to apply a much heavier level of power pre-stretch on our new 15 micron Hitec pps palletwrap film. One of the great benefits of this new multi-layered film is that it is very light weight and you therefore use far less film to wrap a pallet.
Our customer was absolutely delighted to see that there was no indentation and with a level of ascent we were able to cover 50% of the parcel on the up and down mode consistently wrapping across the joints.
