Pallet Wrapping Machine- Ciclone Extreme
THE CICLONE EXTREME FULLY AUTOMATED PALLET WRAPPING MACHINE IS A NON OPERATER UNIT. THE CYCLE CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. DELIVERY OF PRODUCT INTO LIGHTGUARDED AREA, ON EXIT THE INFEED CONVEYOR SECTION DRIVES THE PRODUCT ONTO THE TURNTABLE.
2. THE TURNTABLE THEN STARTS TO ROTATE WITH A SOFT START FUNCTION.
3. THE BOTTOM WRAP TIMER THEN APPLIES A NUMBER OF WRAPS, SECURING THE PRODUCT TOTHE PALLET.
4. THE FILM CARRAIGE MOVES UPWARDS AT A SPECIFIED SPEED AND THE TURNTABLE ALSO ROTATES AT A NUMBER OF WRAPS PER MINUTE,NORMALLY 12.
5. ONCE THE PHOTOCELL DETECTS THE TOP OF THE PALLET IT APPLIES A NUMBER OF TOP WRAPS.
6. THE CARRAIGE THEN TRAVESES DOWN AND APPLIES A NUMBER OF PRE-SET BOTTOM WRAPS.
7. THE TURNTABLE MOVES INTO ITS ZERO POSITION AND THE PRODUCT IS TRAVESED OUT VIA THE EXIT CONVEYOR READY FOR THE NEXT PARCEL

The fully automated cycle includes the automatic loading of the pallet, the pallet wrapping cycle, the cutting, sealing and under tucking of the film and the automatic dispensing of the pallet upon completion of the cycle.
